You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a song request and perform at a Bandeoke event. By submitting, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Submitting a song request does not guarantee a performance slot. The event host reserves the right to accept, decline, or reorder submissions based on time constraints, song suitability, and event flow.
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, performers, and other guests. The venue and event host reserve the right to remove anyone behaving inappropriately without refund or compensation.
Bandeoke events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By performing, you consent to being included in such footage unless you explicitly opt out with the event host beforehand.
Bandeoke and the host venue are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event, except where caused by negligence. Participants perform at their own risk.
Any prize draws or promotions are run at the discretion of the event host. Winners will be contacted using the details provided during submission. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
